Who are Jerry & Jane Wettstone?
 

Jerry has been a full-time Realtor since 1994. He holds about every designation possible in the field and is constantly working on improving his real estate practice. He is a native of the Borough of State College where he attended public school and he holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from Penn State. Following state government service in Harrisburg he returned with his family to State College in 1983 to accept a position with the Penn St.Alumni Assoc. In 1994 he entered the real estate field.
He is intimately familiar with the greater State College area and its neighborhoods through his volunteer service and long time residency. 

He works well with all age groups. He assists many young families purchase their first homes, works with many incoming Penn State faculty and corporate staff, and assists many retirees either coming to town or handling the sale of their homes as described in the "For Sellers" section of his web site. The sale of residences in the Borough's historic districts is another of his specialties. 

Jerry is a past member of the national By Referral Only organization and his business is built on the philosophy that his clients will receive his undivided attention and dedication; in return, if he earns his client's trust, he will rely upon them to refer friends, relatives, and co-workers to him for their real estate needs.
He has been recognized by his peers by ascending to the position of President of the Centre County Association of Realtors in 2008.
