qualified buyers with motivation to buy rather than look.
Security - Realtors accompany all
pre-qualified buyers through the property. Don't open your home to
strangers!
Handling the paperwork - avoiding
liability-Realtors are trained in liability reduction and are knowledgeable
about how to prepare all the necessary contract documents associated with real
estate transactions.
Keeping sales together - even after a
sales agreement is signed, transactions can fall through when inspections and
mortgage approval problems develop or the buyer changes his mind.
Contingency - if you want to list
with me and you have an interested buyer who already looked at your home before
our agreement, I can work for you to close them on your property for a 3%
